FIT4ME Return & Refund Policy
At FIT4ME, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
You may return an item within 3 working days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
All labels, seals, and tags must be intact.
A valid proof of purchase must be included.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used collagen products or supplements
Items not in their original packaging
Sale or promotional items
Gift cards or vouchers

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect

Email us within 3 working days at returns@fit4me.co.za with:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Supporting photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a collection and assess the item. Once approved, you’ll be offered a replacement, credit, or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

Refunds will be processed via EFT or to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

If your return is rejected (due to damage, use, or expired return window), we will notify you with reasons.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return steps above and place a new order once your return is processed. Unfortunately, we cannot reserve stock for exchanges.
