Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, depending on payment confirmation and stock availability.

Deliveries are made via our trusted courier partners and typically arrive within 1 – 4 working days after dispatch (main centres may be quicker, outlying areas may take slightly longer).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa only.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Fees & Promotions
A flat shipping fee of R99 applies to all orders under R950.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders of R950 or more.

Spend R2000 or more and you’ll receive a free gift with your order — our way of saying thank you for choosing FIT4ME.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are correct at the time of purchase.

By placing an order, you consent to the parcel being handed over to any person present at the delivery address, and such delivery will be considered complete.

FIT4ME cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen courier issues or incorrect customer details.
